INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOMESTIC EXCHANGE/RETURN:

1. Click on the link below to enter the exchange/return portal
2. Enter your order # and zip code to see your order history. 
3. Email your account rep or info@elementringco.com with what and why you are returning/exchanging.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to generate your prepaid return label. 
5. Send your ring back to us and we'll take care of the rest!
